★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na agência às 12h30 e a porta estava parcialmente arriada, às 12h45 já não atendiam o telefone e às 12h47 a agência já constava como fechada no site, apesar de terem informado que funcionária até 13h. Não consegui fazer a devolução de um produto com código de autorização de postagem, pois afirmaram que somente na agência de Cachoeiras esse serviço está sendo feito. Detalhe que mês passado fiz sem nenhuma dificuldade aqui mesmo. O atendimento geral dos Correios está péssimo!
I was at the agency at 12:30 pm and the door was partially lowered, at 12:45 no longer answered the phone and at 12:47 pm the agency was already listed as closed on the website, despite having informed that the employee is until 1:00 pm. I was unable to return a product with a post authorization code, as they stated that only at the Cachoeiras agency this service is being performed. Detail that last month I did without any difficulty right here. The general service of the Post Office is terrible!
