★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geralmente só tem um funcionário atendendo, as filhas são ENORMES. As pessoas precisam chegar horas antes de abrir, o que acaba causando grande aglomeração. Pior agência do estado!
 Usually there is only one employee attending, the daughters are HUGE. People need to arrive hours before opening, which ends up causing a great deal of crowding. Worst agency in the state!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É difícil imaginar um atendimento pior que esse. Poucos funcionários, horário de funcionamento restrito, não entrega correspondência em vários bairros da cidade e tem uma demanda surreal. É um absurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um pesadelo ter que resolver qualquer coisa nos correios aqui de Russas/CE. Ninguém nunca atende o telefone, atendimento na agência extremamente lento, os entregadores nunca bate na minha porta e diz que foi, outros dizem que não existe o endereço e olha que eu moro no centro. ninguém nunca sabe realmente qual o horário de atendimento na agência. A moça do balcão diz que é até as 8:00 ás 12:00 e de 14:00 as 16:00, então fui lá as 15:30 e adivinha?! o porteiro não deixa entrar porque segundo ele fechas as 15:00. Ai me fala como eu resolvo as coisas? onde posso reclamar dessa falta de organização e compromisso com os horários? onde posso reclamar do atendimento ? Já sei, vou ligar para saber se está aberto, ahhhhhhhhhh não dá porque ninguém atende né mesmo?!
It is a nightmare to have to resolve anything at the post office here in Russas / CE. Nobody ever answers the phone, service at the agency is extremely slow, the couriers never knock on my door and say it was, others say that there is no address and look that I live in the center. no one ever really knows what the office hours are. The girl at the counter says it's until 8:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00, so I went there at 15:30 and guess what ?! the doorman won't let you in because, according to him, you close at 15:00. Then tell me how I solve things? where can I complain about this lack of organization and commitment to schedules? where can i complain about the service? I know, I'll call to see if it's open, ahhhhhhhhhh I can't because nobody answers right ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fazem entregas no domicílio porque não reconhecem o endereço, obrigando ao cliente ir até o local onde tem filas gigantes com um atendente somente. Horrível!
They do not deliver to the home because they do not recognize the address, forcing the customer to go to the place where there are giant lines with only one attendant. Horrible!

Telefone não é atendido, mentem nas entregas, acabei de ser vitima desses péssimos profissionais, onde em uma mesma semana eu recebo uma entrega e outra é cancelada por endereço incorreto, como pode se em ambas as encomendas estavam com os mesmos dados de endereço? Revoltante e sempre isso acontece aqui com essa agencia, incrível o péssimo trabalho que exercem.
Terrible attendance. Phone is not answered, lie in the deliveries, I just fell victim to these terrible professionals, where in the same week I receive a delivery and another one is canceled by an incorrect address, how can both orders have the same address data? Revolting and it always happens here with this agency, incredible the terrible work they do.
