★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não faz entrega numa residência que fica há 300 metros de distância da agência, alegando que não há cadastro por parte da prefeitura do endereço em questão, se for levar isso em consideração acho que nem o próprio município está cadastrado no tal banco de dados dos Correios, Isso é uma falta de compromisso com o cliente/usuário, também não há concorrência. Tá aí uma empresa que carece privatização o mais rápido possível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! O correio tem um número de telefone, mas se você ligar pra consultar um objeto, o atendente não verifica por que diz que tem fila no momento. Me pediu que eu fosse até lá para poder consultar, coisa que ele faria em menos de um minuto. Vergonhoso!
