no one answers the phone, I've been calling for days to find out about my package that is coming to my residence here in SĂŁo Paulo, and the tracking code says that the merchandise was posted after the unit's deadline, but this is already several days old , and the message remains the same

â â â â â Tem mais de 20 dias que eu ligo e ninguem atende ,estou esperando uma encomenda aqui pra canaĂŁ que e pouco mais de 200 kl de distĂąncia,e quando tento rastrear diz que foi postado apĂłs o horĂĄrio , sinceramente nĂŁo entendendo por que nĂŁo atendem o telefone se chama atĂ© cair !!!
I've been calling for more than 20 days and no one answers, I'm waiting for an order here to canaĂŁ that is just over 200 kl away, and when I try to track it says it was posted after hours, honestly not understanding why they don't answer the phone it's called till it drops !!!

E até hoje pelo que parece, não foi encaminhada pro destino certo, que é Itupiranga. Muito insatisfeita e indignada.
My package was sent to this post office in pau D'arco by mistake, on 01/04/22
And until today, it seems, it was not sent to the right destination, which is Itupiranga. Very dissatisfied and outraged.
