Service at mail level, right, it will only improve by privatizing. But this agency is one of the ones I use the most because there's never a lot of queues and it's even relatively fast.

Like any franchised agency, the service is infinitely better than that of state agencies. The only thing, however, is that it could have more attendants to speed up the process.
