Preços altos, e péssimo atendimento.
Por diversas vezes consecutivas me mandaram produtos errados, e me obrigando a levar na loja para fazer a troca.
Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era 5 estrelas mais infelizmente sou cliente a anos, ultimamente td que vai comprar tem que levar a peça antes servia a foto agora não serve mais, acho que vcs tem que rever isso tá muito desnecessário e desgastante para o cliente, nem sempre temos a peça usada pra trocar enfim fui em outra loja e comprei só com a foto ,e lembrando que o valor da mesma peça bem mais em conta ainda bem que deu td certo, mais agradeço vcs nem sempre foi assim ai na construvi vou continuar comprando ai claro quando não precisar levar a peça isso é minha opinião muito obrigado.
It was 5 stars but unfortunately I've been a customer for years, lately, when you're going to buy, you have to take the piece, it used to be the picture, now it doesn't work anymore, I think you have to review it, it's very unnecessary and exhausting for the customer, we don't always have the piece used to exchange, I finally went to another store and bought it only with the photo, and remembering that the value of the same piece is much more affordable, I'm glad it worked, but I'm thankful you guys wasn't always like that at construvi, I'll keep buying there of course when not need to take the piece that's my opinion thank you very much.
