Em 2021 , realizei varias compras na loja para a reforma da minha casa e sempre fui muito bem atendida pela vendedora Daniela Farias . As entregas sempre nas datas agendadas , as melhores marcas e o melhor preço da cidade . A loja espaçosa , cumprindo as normas sanitárias devido a Covid. Enfim , a melhor loja de material de construção da cidade para as compras.
Mas agora , pude constatar que o atendimento no pós venda também é excelente !
Comprei na loja uma Ducha Hydra Fit Eletrônica que deu defeito na placa eletrônica . Entrei em contato com a vendedora Daniela para buscar uma solução e a mesma levou o caso ao gerente , e solicitaram que eu levasse a ducha para análise . Chegando na loja , o gerente , Sr. Júlio Mautonni , me atendeu muito educadamente , e constatou o problema na placa , e mediante nota fiscal , trocou a Ducha rapidamente , no mesmo dia .
Isso é pós venda eficiente , onde o cliente é tratado com todo respeito e consideração . Qualidade de atendimento em todos os ciclos da venda .
Nota 10 , para a Correta Barra do Pirai , principalmente nas pessoas de Daniela Farias e Sr. Júlio Mautonni .
Continuarei comprando meus produtos na Correta e recomendando a todos meus amigos e parentes .

I want to congratulate Correta Materials de Construção, a store in Barra do Pirai, for the excellent customer service. In 2021, I made several purchases at the store to renovate my house and I was always very well assisted by the seller Daniela Farias. Delivery always on scheduled dates , the best brands and the best price in town . The spacious store, meeting sanitary standards due to Covid. Anyway, the best building material store in town for shopping.
But now, I could see that the after-sales service is also excellent!
I bought a Hydra Fit Eletrônica Shower Head at the store, which malfunctioned on the electronic board. I contacted the seller Daniela to seek a solution and she took the case to the manager, and they asked me to take the shower for analysis. Arriving at the store, the manager, Mr. Júlio Mautonni, assisted me very politely, and found the problem on the plate, and upon receipt, he quickly changed the shower on the same day.
This is efficient after-sales, where the customer is treated with all respect and consideration. Quality of service in all sales cycles.
