★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 caixa tigre porem uma veio em perfeito estado, ja ao utra veio como se eu tivesse comprado sobra de estoque , toda danificada o entregador a deixou e bateu a foto de um lado só em vez de ter batido de todos os ângulos , infelizmente pedreiros não conferem materiais recebido ele só são pagos para executar o serviço , mesmo foi estalar só não concluiu ate o final porque faltou material , eu e meu marido ausentes de cs quando chegamos fomos velas e uma grande decepção uma caixa nova empecavél e a outra toda danificada ,uma loja de nome e respeito , foi uma grande decepção , não vou ficar com a caixa danificada , vou devolve la . Liguei pra loja solicitei troca do produto e fui negada e acusada de desmazẽ lo por parte do meu pedreiro o mesmo foi acusado de estraga la incrivelmente isso so aconteceu com uma ,muito comodo pra loja . mesmo não, havendo troca sei q o valor da mercadoria vai ficar perdido tbm , mais com essa caixa danificada nao vou ficar . infelizmente a loja me decpcionou.
Essa foto foi batida próxima a minha residência, por não bateu todos os ângulo ??????
E pedreiro vai se importa muito com a mercadoria q esta recebendo ?

Atendimento por parte da senhora Gil excelente, mais decepcionada pela entrega da mercadoria.
I bought 2 tiger boxes but one came in perfect condition, the other came as if I had bought leftover stock, all damaged, the delivery person left it and took the photo on one side instead of hitting it from all angles, unfortunately bricklayers they do not check materials received , they are only paid to perform the service , it was even clicked , it just did not finish by the end because there was no material , my husband and I were absent from cs when we arrived we were candles and a big disappointment , a new box was flawless and the other was all damaged , a store of name and respect , it was a big disappointment , I will not keep the box damaged , I will return it . I called the store, requested a change of the product and was denied and accused of discarding it by my mason, who was accused of spoiling it incredibly, this only happened with one, very comfortable for the store. even not, if there is an exchange, I know the value of the merchandise will be lost too, but with this damaged box I won't be. unfortunately the store disappointed me.

And a bricklayer will care a lot about the goods he is receiving ?
