★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu noivo contratamos esta construtora (Maicon e Gracielle) em agosto de 2020, e eles foram atenciosos até a assinatura do contrato. Mas logo que iniciaram as obras começamos a ter problemas com os prazos. Nosso contrato venceu em novembro/2021, e até dezembro/2021 a casa (70m²) não passava de paredes. A laje foi prometida em julho, e executada só em dezembro. Eles desaparecem, não respondem o grupo de whatsapp da obra nem atendem o telefone. Quando aparecem, nunca têm um plano de trabalho bem traçado, mas sempre com desculpas (usam os mais diversos contratempos). Graças às falsas promessas deles, eu e meu noivo moramos com meus pais a mais de 1 ano. Profissionais descomprometidos, desorganizados e sem respeito pelo cliente. Não recomendo!
My fiance and I hired this builder (Maicon and Gracielle) in August 2020, and they were attentive until the contract was signed. But as soon as the works started, we started having problems with the deadlines. Our contract expired in November/2021, and until December/2021 the house (70m²) was just walls. The slab was promised in July, and executed only in December. They disappear, they don't answer the work's whatsapp group or answer the phone. When they show up, they never have a well-designed work plan, but always with excuses (they use the most diverse setbacks). Thanks to their false promises, my fiance and I have lived with my parents for over a year. Professionals uncommitted, disorganized and without respect for the customer. I do not recommend!
