★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecido muito bom. Serviço de confecção horrível. Barras tortas. Tamanho diferentes. Após reclamaçao piorou mais ainda. Tive q pagar conserto em oficina particular apos varias tentativas de acerto. Sai no prejuízo. Não recomendo.
Very good fabric. Awful cooking service. Crooked bars. Different size. After the complaint it got even worse. I had to pay for repairs in a private workshop after several attempts to fix it. Get out of harm's way. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheço essa loja desde minha infância nos anos 80, quando minha mãe ia lá comprar tecidos e itens de armarinho. O atendimento sempre foi muito cordial, e continua assim até hoje! E os produtos são excelentes.
I've known this store since my childhood in the 80s, when my mother used to go there to buy fabrics and haberdashery items. The service has always been very cordial, and continues to do so today! And the products are excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início se mostrarem prestativos, inclusive nos orientou a fazer manutenção nas persianas e disse iriam mandar alguém para orçar. ficamos aguardando meses, sempre que entrávamos em contato, nos informavam que retornariam e nunca o tivemos. na última vez, já sem paciência nos informou que ELES NÃO FAZEM. não sei como uma empresa desse nível baixíssimo ainda está em pé. a nota foi uma estrela, mas não merece nenhuma estrela...
At first they were helpful, even guided us to maintain the blinds and said they would send someone to budget. we kept waiting for months, whenever we got in touch, they informed us that they would return and we never had. the last time, no longer patiently informed us that THEY DON'T. I don't know how a company of this very low level is still standing. the note was a star, but it doesn't deserve any stars...
