★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha retorno agendado com o Dr. Adriano para hoje, dia 07/10 às 15 hrs, para levar o resultado da ressonância . Cheguei as 14:55. Recepção com apenas uma senhora e duas recepcionistas dentro do balcao. Peguei a senha preferencial e aguardo. Passou 15 min a recepcionista chamou a senhora . Enquanto ela estava sendo atendida chegaram outras pessoas. Para minha surpresa após o atendimento da senhora, que já estava lá quando cheguei, a recepcionista chamou outra pessoa. Perguntei qual era o critério de chamada. Ela disse que chamava alternando os tipos de senha(preferencial, agendada, novos) . Aguardei . Chamou mais duas pessoas cujas senhas eram sequenciais (235,236 e 237), lembrando que a minha era preferencial (008), ou seja, outra sequencia . Percebi que , por eu ter questionado qual o critério de chamada ela iria me fazer esperar o máximo possivel. Resultado, disse a ela para avisar o Dr Adriano que seu paciente estava indo embora por causa dela. Vale destacar que fui muito bem atendido pelo Dr. Adriano na primeira consulta, mas infelizmente vou procurar outra clínica. É inaceitável o que a recepcionista fez hoje.
 I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Adriano for today, 10/07 at 15 hrs, to take the result of the resonance. I arrived at 14:55. Reception with only one lady and two receptionists inside the counter. I got the preferred password and I'm waiting. After 15 min the receptionist called the lady. While she was being attended to, other people arrived. To my surprise after seeing the lady, who was already there when I arrived, the receptionist called someone else. I asked what the call criteria were. She said she called alternating the password types (preferred, scheduled, new). I waited. He called two more people whose passwords were sequential (235,236 and 237), remembering that mine was preferential (008), that is, another sequence. I realized that, because I questioned the criteria for calling, she would make me wait as long as possible. Result, I told her to let Dr Adriano know that her patient was leaving because of her. It is worth mentioning that I was very well attended by Dr. Adriano at the first appointment, but unfortunately I will look for another clinic. It is unacceptable what the receptionist did today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair desta clínica....cheguei às 7,porém só abre as 8 mais tudo bem,pensei pelo menos serei uma das primeiras atendidas....senha 401 sem agendamento,entendo que por não estar agendado demoraria,mais não contava com 35 min sem ao menos passar pela recepção,passaram todos agendados ,todos os preferenciais....tem que existir uma coerência,sou muitíssimo a favor do atendimento preferencial e concordo que se vc está agendado tem que ser atendido no horário! Porém não estava lá a passeio,vi muitos agendados chegando na hora da consulta,sendo que pelo que sei ,pedem para chegar pelo menos 10 min antes devido ao cadastro...ou seja sai de lá sem ao menos passar pelo cadastro da recepção.
I just left this clinic .... I arrived at 7, but it only opens at 8 but that's okay, I thought at least I will be one of the first ones attended ... password 401 without an appointment, I understand that because it wasn’t scheduled it would take longer, but it didn’t count with 35 min without even going through the reception, everyone was booked, all preferred ... there has to be consistency, I am very much in favor of preferential service and I agree that if you are scheduled you have to be attended on time! But I was not there on the tour, I saw many scheduled arriving at the time of the consultation, and as far as I know, they ask to arrive at least 10 min before due to the registration ... that is, leave there without even going through the reception registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei p ser atendido não tinha agendado a consulta perguntaram se eu queria um encaixe falei que sim fiz o cadastro e falaram que para aguardar na recepção que iriam me chamar passou 1 hora e ninguém me chamou entraram outras pessoas e não obtive o atendimento desisti e fui embora para ser atendido neste local agende uma consulta se não esqueça
I arrived to be seen I had not scheduled the appointment they asked if I wanted a fit I said yes I did the registration and said that to wait at the reception they would call me 1 hour passed and no one called me other people came in and I did not get the service I gave up and went although to be attended at this location, schedule an appointment if you don't forget

Poorly signposted parking.
There is no location indicating a wheelchair, you have to go looking for it.
Cars stop in the ambulance bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora estou gostando do tratamento de fisioterapia que venho recebendo, todos são muito pacientes comigo. Dr. Juan investigou meu problema, no entanto não foi específico sobre o que tenho de fato. Falta um pouco mais de organização na recepção, ou então contratar mais um funcionário para agilizar os cadastros.
So far I'm enjoying the physiotherapy treatment I've been receiving, everyone is very patient with me. Dr. Juan investigated my problem, however he was not specific about what I actually have. There's a little more organization at the reception, or hiring another employee to speed up registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Atendimento coletivo até mesmo no particular. Existem clínicas que fazem atendimento de fisioterapia individualizados (da forma correta!) até mesmo pelo plano de saúde. Nessa clínica eu vinha sendo atendida por 3 fisioterapeutas diferentes que cada um falava uma coisa sobre o meu problema, e a dor de protusao discal só piorou. Procurei outra clínica e com poucas sessões já estava sem dor. Recomendo que procurem atendimento individualizado porque fisioterapia coletiva não resolve nada, fora que colocar o paciente com dor pra fazer exercício não faz o menor sentido.
I do not recommend. Collective service even in private. There are clinics that provide individualized physiotherapy services (in the right way!) even through the health plan. In this clinic I was being attended by 3 different physical therapists who each said something about my problem, and the pain of disc protrusion only got worse. I looked for another clinic and with a few sessions I was pain free. I recommend that you seek individualized care because collective physical therapy does not solve anything, apart from putting the patient in pain to exercise does not make any sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Fisioterapia! Atendentes educados e eficientes. Os 3 fisioterapeutas: Dr Conrado, Dr Guilherme e Dr Fabricio são muito atenciosos, competentes, explicam os exercícios, e carregam aquela fisioterapia da melhor forma possível. Tem uma senhora la q parece encarregada da fisioterapia, no avental branco, sempre de cara fechada, mal humorada, mas é só ignorar q ta tudo bem… rsrs. Os doutores todos são ótimos. Dr Juan Uribe, é aquele ortopedista q sabe tudo na experiência e acerta todas. Adorei essa clinica e fisioterapia. Sensacional !!!!
