★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo. Desorganizados com agenda. Mesmo reservando com UM ANO de antecedência quando faltava 1 mês nos induziram a alterar de sábado a noite para o domingo a tarde. Mudamos e 15 dias depois informaram que houve um erro de agenda e que não daria para ser no domingo e nem voltar para o sábado.
Lack of professionalism. Disorganized with schedule. Even booking ONE YEAR in advance when there was 1 month to go, they induced us to change from Saturday night to Sunday afternoon. We moved and 15 days later they informed us that there was an error in the schedule and that it would not be possible to be on Sunday or return to Saturday.

I love everything there, from structure, monitors, food and service. I had my 2 kids birthday last year and I will do it again this year.

Amazing place and the organization too, the kids had a lot of fun and there's a lot of toy options and it's well air-conditioned, everything amazing from the entrance.
