A qualidade da água entregue nas residências do conjunto é suja e turva no início da manhã melhorando no decorrer do dia. A sujeira dá-se ao fato que a rede de distribuição é antiga com muitos pontos de vazamentos que ocasionam, durante a pausa no bombeamento, a entrada de contaminantes e sujeiras.
