★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é boa. Compro tudo o que preciso lá. Mas o som alto que eles colocam no amplificador é horrível. Dá vontade de comprar tudo correndo para fugir daquele barulho e das músicas enjoadas.
The store is good. I buy everything I need there. But the loud sound they put into the amplifier is horrible. It makes you want to buy everything by running away from that noise and the sick music.

Shop with a great range of products but poor customer service. The salespeople do not approach and ask questions in a hurry to close the sale, already interested in the next customer. I feel pressured to close a purchase immediately whenever I seek service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os mais diferentes tipos e as mais diferentes marcas de cosméticos. Esmaltes das mais variadas cores, maquiagem produtos para tingir e tratar os cabelos. O problema é que mal você entra na loja e uma funcionária da vez já passa a andar atrás de você e eu odeio isso. Por esse motivo vou na loja apenas quando tenho tempo (pra comprar UM esmalte, batom, o que seja, você tem que aguardar uma funcionária tirar uma notinha pra então você poder ir ao caixa) e com paciência pra ficar respondendo pra cada funcionária que aparece que eu só estou olhando. Chaaaaato!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas variedades de produtos e as atendentes não ficam no pé até você comprar! Quando solicitei ajuda fui muito bem atendida e o melhor de tudo o preço é muito bom e vale muito a pena! Eé de facil acesso pois fica na estrada do Galeão uma via principal da ilha do governador em frente a loja tem um ponto de ônibus. O melhor de tudo é que mesmo aos sábados fica aberto até as 20h e aos domingos abre também mas o horário é reduzido!
Many varieties of products and the attendants do not stand in the way until you buy! When I asked for help I was very well attended and best of all the price is very good and well worth it! It is easy to reach as it is on the Galeão road a main road from the governor's island in front of the store has a bus stop. Best of all is that even on Saturdays it is open until 8pm and on Sundays it opens also but the time is reduced!
