★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à um consultório de cardiologia na rua Vergueiro, em um edifício administrado pela Costa, e não pude realizar a minha consulta porque todo o edifício tinha um cheiro insuportável de esgoto. A atendente disse que sempre foi assim, em todo o prédio. Em 5 minutos de espera, eu estava tão nauseada pelo cheiro, que precisei cancelar a consulta. É inadmissível que a administração desse edifício nada faça pra resolver esse grave problema. Eu ainda posso cancelar a consulta...mas e quem trabalha lá, e tem de suportar isso o dia todo?!?! É um descaso total!!! Vou reclamar por outros meios, também.
I went to a cardiology practice on Rua Vergueiro, in a building managed by Costa, and I was unable to make my appointment because the whole building had an unbearable smell of sewage. The attendant said it was always like that, throughout the building. In 5 minutes of waiting, I was so nauseous by the smell, that I had to cancel the appointment. It is unacceptable that the administration of this building does nothing to solve this serious problem. I can still cancel the appointment ... but what about who works there, and has to endure it all day?!?! It is a total neglect !!! I will complain by other means, too.

A nova gestão ja tinha uma adm de preferencia, Mas a Costa Adm nos atendeu com todo profissionalismo, inclusive açoes trabalhista o sr. Ezido nos atendeu efetivamente satisfatoriamente diante da [Ação] cobertura/defesa/suporte no TRT e sucesso perante a justiça razão pela qual me refiro. Nota 10.
Costa Adm Adiminitrado our Condominium with 72 units over a period of 4 years the reason for the change was the change of internal management. The new management already had an adm of preference, but Costa Adm served us with all professionalism, including labor actions. Ezido effectively served us satisfactorily in the face of [Action] coverage / defense / support in the TRT and success before justice which is why I mean. Grade 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam dessa Imobiliária!!! Combinamos uma visita e o Osvaldo Costa ficou de comunicar e combinar a visita com o zelador (que nos mostraria o apto). Confirmamos se tudo estava certo na sexta para visitar no sábado. Chegamos no prédio sábado e o Osvaldo simplesmente não havia se comunicado com o zelador e também não tentou resolver a situação. Não conseguimos fazer as visitas. Desrespeito com nosso tempo, além do prejuízo financeiro pelo deslocamento até o local. Para nunca mais.
Run away from this Real Estate!!! We arranged a visit and Osvaldo Costa was able to communicate and arrange the visit with the caretaker (who would show us the fit). We confirmed that everything was fine on Friday to visit on Saturday. We arrived at the building on Saturday and Osvaldo simply hadn't communicated with the caretaker and didn't try to resolve the situation either. We are unable to make the visits. Disrespect for our time, in addition to the financial loss due to the displacement to the place. Never again.
