★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na determinada loja na sexta-feira, escolhi o veículo, dei entrada no financiamento pelo banco Safra, onde o mesmo foi aprovado, e o carro reservado.
Informei ao vendedor que não poderia estar na loja no sábado, pois sou adventista do sétimo dia, e que estaria na segunda feira indo a loja para assinar o contrato e etc. Mas, para minha surpresa, na segunda-feira recebi a péssima notícia de que o carro havia sido vendido por outro vendedor.
Logo, percebi que a loja não tem compromisso algum em se preocupar com o cliente, pois o veículo já estava com o financiamento aprovado, faltando apenas ir assinar o contrato e seguir com os trâmites de transferência.
Falta de transparência total e de ética também.
Fica a dica pra quem pretende ir comprar algo nessa loja.
I went to a certain store on Friday, chose the vehicle, entered the financing from Safra Bank, where it was approved, and the car booked.
I informed the salesman that I could not be in the store on Saturday, as I am a Seventh-day Adventist, and that I would be on Monday going to the store to sign the contract and so on. But to my surprise, on Monday I received the bad news that the car had been sold by another dealer.
Soon, I realized that the store has no commitment to worry about the customer, because the vehicle was already with the approved financing, just left to sign the contract and proceed with the transfer procedures.
Lack of total transparency and ethics as well.
It is a tip for those who want to go buy something in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei o valor de um Civic com o vendedor, depois o mesmo voltou atrás no valor. Procurei o gerente e disse que iria resolver, e que eu ficasse tranquilo que iria fechar. No dia seguinte o gerente disse que não iria vender pq a carta de consórcio que eu iria usar iria demorar uns 10 dias para pagar e o carro ele poderia vender rápido. Achei tremenda falta de ética e profissionalismo. O cara sem perfil gerencial e disse que a diretoria concordava com sua conduta. Foi minha primeira e última tentativa de virar cliente.
I closed the value of a Civic with the seller, then it went back in value. I approached the manager and said he would settle, and I was calm that would close. The next day the manager said he would not sell because the letter of consortium I would use would take about 10 days to pay and the car he could sell fast. I found a tremendous lack of ethics and professionalism. The guy with no managerial profile and said the board agreed with his conduct. It was my first and last attempt to become a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morosidade e descompromisso total no pós-venda... Profissionalismo e compromisso zero! Eles te tratam como cliente até o momento da transferência bancária, após isso, feito o pagamento do veículo, levei cerca de 26 dias pra fazer uma simples vistoria e trocar as borrachas das portas. Acreditem, 26 dias pra resolver!!!!! Na negociação, falaram que iriam fazer tudo em 72 horas, fiquei 26 dias com esse problema, sempre indo na loja e voltando sem resolver, perdi as contas das vezes que fui pra resolver e eles sempre me falando que eu voltasse outro dia, isso por varias vezes ao longo desses dias, uma morosidade e descaso sem fim, me falaram que a borracha iria chegar, desde o primeiro dia da compra, me entregaram o carro sujo, sem lavar, eles não tiveram nem esse capricho, foi dor de cabeça do primeiro ao ultimo dia. Foi a pior negociação que fiz até hoje, em pleno seculo 21, me deparei em uma situação ultrapassada, onde um dos vendedores chegou a se exatlar, com palavras de baixo calão proferidas a mim. Irei registrar a queixa junto ao procon e delegacia de polícia, também não indico a loja para ninguém ! Não foi nenhuma novidade, ler algumas avaliações negativas a respeito da loja, por aqui. Nunca mais pisarei neste local !
Slowness and total lack of commitment in after-sales... Professionalism and zero commitment! They treat you as a customer until the time of bank transfer, after that, after paying for the vehicle, it took me about 26 days to do a simple inspection and change the rubbers on the doors. Believe me, 26 days to resolve!!!!! In the negotiation, they said they would do everything in 72 hours, I spent 26 days with this problem, always going to the store and coming back unresolved, I lost the accounts the times I went to solve it and they always told me to come back another day, that's for several times over these days, a slowness and endless neglect, they told me that the rubber would arrive, from the first day of purchase, they handed me the dirty car, without washing, they didn't even have that whim, it was the headache of first to last day. It was the worst negotiation I've done so far, in the 21st century, I came across an outdated situation, where one of the sellers came to exatlate, with bad words uttered to me. I will file the complaint with the procon and the police station, I also do not recommend the store to anyone! It was nothing new to read some negative reviews about the store here. I will never step on this place again!
