★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Comprei um sobrado na Renzo Baldini em 2013 e ao entrar na casa as janelas dos quartos e cozinha já estavam empenados, alumínio de 5a. Mandaram um profissional que não sabe o que colher de pedreiro. O piso é todo torto e pra fechar, a água do chuveiro não vai para o ralo, é preciso usar um rodo. Graças a Deus eu consegui vender.

Na entrega das chaves senhora Patricia informa que nao precisa se proeculpar que tudo vai ser pago , hoje mais de um ano depois continuo com dívidas de condomínio que não foram pagas !!!!!
