★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A costela é razoavelmente macia, achei em todas as vezes que visitei o local, o ponto do sal um pouco acima. Os acompanhamentos tem boa qualidade mas desbalanceados com 4 tipos de carbo + feijão.
 The rib is reasonably tender, I found the salt point a little higher every time I visited the place. The side dishes are of good quality but unbalanced with 4 types of carb + beans.
