★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mostrar o imóvel foi rápido, mas a negociação foi péssima. Clausulas de contrato absurdas e com informações omissas, de forma a beneficiar apenas a imobiliária e o locador. No final solicitamos o documento em formato de word para fazer as observações e não nos deixaram nem responder se gostaríamos de prosseguir com a locação do imóvel, saíram do grupo criado para tratar da locação do imóvel, conforme imagem. Com certeza não buscarei outros imóveis nessa imobiliária.
To show the property was quick, but the negotiation was bad. Absurd clauses of contract and with missing information, in order to benefit only the real estate agency and the lessor. In the end, we requested the document in word format to make the observations and they did not let us or answer if we would like to proceed with the lease of the property, they left the group created to deal with the lease of the property, as shown in the image. I certainly won't look for other properties in this real estate.
