I'm traveling in SP and I needed to make an adjustment in my blazer and where can I do it on a Saturday at 4:30 pm? Thanks to God I found the Sewing Everything. I got in touch and he patiently waited for me and answered me. Everything too Top. If you live or are traveling and need a seamstress, stop looking... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima qualidade mau educada, surpreendente pq o primeiro conserto de um vestido de festa ficou bom, já o segundo q demorou a entregar, estragou todo o vestido da grife artesacra no valor de R$ 3250,00. peguei o vestido na sacola na data de 15.10.21, não provei e foi na confiança, não imaginava que estaria todo estragado o vestido. Na manhã do dia 16.10.2021 fui colocar o vestido para usar e o vestido estava todo mau arrumado, mau cortado, zíper todo torto com desvio, um lado das costas menor q o outro, cintura que seria para aperto todo mau costurada em vários.locais tecido torcido com costura errada e mastigada. Enfim estragou todo omeu vestido q iria usar para um evento.
Liguei imediatamente hoje (16.10.2021) para conversarmos e a senhora Sonia nao se prontificou a resolver o problema ocasionado no meu vestido.
Sou educada, mas a senhora Sonia foi extremamente deselegante comigo gritando, nem ao menos escutou o q falei e desligou o telefone gritando. Não atendeu mais o telefone fixo e menos ainda o celular.
Tenho as fotos de quando levei e tenho as fotos do conserto.
Não perdi o evento pq existem lojas em São paulo que alugam e tem opções ao cliente.
Agora já são 14.34 hrs de 16.10
2021 e a senhora Sônia proprietária deste local não retornou a ligação e menos ainda deu atenção ao caso.
O prejuízo foi todo meu paguei no conserto R$ 250,00.
Não indico este local para ninguém. Pois não é confiável, não e responsável para nenhum tipo conserto em vestidos de festa
bad quality bad manners, surprising because the first repair of a party dress was good, the second one that took too long to deliver, ruined the entire dress by the artisan brand in the amount of R$ 3250.00. I took the dress from the bag on the date of 10.15.21, I didn't try it on and it was in confidence, I didn't imagine that the dress would be all ruined. On the morning of 10.16.2021 I went to put the dress to wear and the dress was all bad, poorly cut, crooked zipper with deviation, one side of the back smaller than the other, waist that would be for bad tightening sewn in several places. fabric twisted with wrong stitching and chewed. You finally ruined all my dress I was going to wear to an event.
I called immediately today (16.10.2021) to talk and Mrs. Sonia did not offer to solve the problem caused by my dress.
I'm polite, but Mrs Sonia was extremely rude to me screaming, she didn't even hear what I said and hung up the phone screaming. He no longer answered his landline and even less his cell phone.
I have the photos from when I took it and I have the photos of the repair.
I didn't miss the event because there are stores in São Paulo that rent and have options for the customer.
It is now 14.34 hrs from 16.10
2021 and Ms. Sonia, owner of this location, did not return the call and even less pay attention to the case.
The damage was all mine, I paid R$ 250.00 in the repair.
I don't recommend this place to anyone. As it is not reliable, it is not responsible for any type of repair on party dresses

NOW ARE YOU ACCUSING ME? I TRIED TO TALK TO THE LADY SEVERAL TIMES AND I HAVE ALL THE CONVERSATIONS ON THE PHONE, THE LADY BLOCKED ME AND TOLD ME BY HER EMPLOYEE TO WAIT THAT HE WOULD CONTACT ME, AND NEVER ANSWERED ME AGAIN, THE FACT THAT I GET THE DRESS IN HURRY AND NOT EVEN TRYING IT WAS BECAUSE I TRUSTED THAT I DID IT RIGHT, AND I USUALLY PAY EVERYTHING I OWN. THE FACT IS THAT I PAID FOR A REPAIR THAT RUINED THE WHOLE DRESS AND MADAME SONIA DOES NOT WANT TO BEAR THE LOSSES, MY CLOTHES WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, BECAUSE I WAS LOST AND I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED, THE LADY UNFORTUNATELY DROPPED IT ALL MY DRESS. IT'S SORRY I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. THERE IS A HUGE DIVERGENCE, FIRST AT NO TIME WERE THEY ASKED TO TAKE THE DRESS BACK TO FIX THE MISTAKE, SECOND, THE MISTRESS SONIA SPEAKED OVER THE PHONE AND BLOCKED ME WHEN HE SAID THE DRESS WAS BADLY MADE, THIRD, AN EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD BE ONE OF THOSE MADAMES FROM ITAIM THAT LIVES IN SOME PENTHOUSE AND HAS NOTHING TO DO, CALL ME A LIAR, AND THAT I'M DEFAMATING THE PLACE, JUST A QUESTION! SINCE WHEN SPEAKING THE TRUTH AND DEFAMATION? AND PLEASE I ASK YOU TO TAKE THE NECESSARY PROVISIONS, WE WILL TRY TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. O preço pode parecer elevado, mas NÃO é! O preço está totalmente de acordo com a Qualidade das reformas e consertos que são feitos! E outra grande qualidade é a RAPIDEZ NA ENTREGA (me impressionei com isso) e a PONTUALIDADE! Mais uma vez, recomendo a todos! Parabéns pelo serviço! A entrada é em uma pequena porta com o nome costura tudo em cima, pode subir que lá em cima você será recebido com a gentileza das funcionárias.
