★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um jaleco para bordar o nome e recebi um bordado realmente muito bonito, entretanto o bolso que tiveram que tirar (e cobraram taxa extra para isso) estava torto! Eles recortaram o mesmo e não se deram o trabalho nem de alinhar, cada hora tinha uma quantidade diferente de tecido para fora da linha que, por sinal, nem deveria estar ali, pois a costura original é embutida, não aparece... deixaram malfeito e destoando dos outros 2 bolsos! Além disso, ele ainda estava fora do lugar, dava para ver a marca dos furos do local original. Entrei em contato e falaram para levar para consertar sem custo extra, peguei hoje de novo e para a minha surpresa agora ainda tem duas manchas no bolso e a costura continua destoando dos demais e mudaram a parte de cima! Onde começa o meu nome o tecido está bem rente do bordado e conforme passa vai subindo um morrinho de tecido. O resultado está uma tragédia. Não tem mais conserto e mesmo se disserem que há, eu já dei o benefício da dúvida e só pioraram a situação. Duzentos reais do jaleco jogados no lixo. Triste a gente se esforçar para ter as coisas, pagar por um serviço, e as pessoas lidarem como se fosse nada, um favor! Costurar tecidos nunca mais!
I took a lab coat to embroider the name and received a really beautiful embroidery, however the pocket they had to take (and charged extra for that) was crooked! They cut the same and did not even bother to align, each hour had a different amount of fabric out of the line, which, by the way, should not even be there, because the original stitching is inlaid, does not appear ... they left badly and out of line with the other 2 pockets! In addition, he was still out of place, you could see the hole marks from the original location. I got in touch and they told me to take it to fix it at no extra cost, I got it again today and to my surprise now it still has two stains in my pocket and the seam continues to clash with the others and they changed the top! Where my name begins, the fabric is very close to the embroidery and as it passes a little hill of fabric goes up. The result is a tragedy. There is no more fix and even if they say there is, I already gave the benefit of the doubt and it only made the situation worse. Two hundred reais of the lab coat thrown in the trash. Sad that we strive to have things, pay for a service, and people deal as if it were nothing, a favor! Never sew fabrics again!
