Estava com uma consulta marcada na COT com o Dr. Hennio, e fiquei indignado quando, depois de quase 10 min de atraso da secretária, que não aparecia na recepção de forma nenhuma (porque era horário de almoço), esta anunciou ao médico já na recepção que havia paciente a ser atendido ele simplesmente deu as costas e saiu. NÃO ESTAMOS VALENDO NADA.
Horrible. I had an appointment at the COT with Dr. Hennio, and I was indignant when, after almost 10 minutes late from the secretary, who did not show up at the reception at all (because it was lunchtime), she announced to the doctor already at reception that had patient to be attended he simply turned his back and left. WE ARE NOT VALID FOR ANYTHING.

Phenomenal! I had shoulder surgery, which I suffered for years from recurrent dislocation. The surgery was a success thanks to God. And I'm happy to have great professionals in our area.
