ONLY BUSY PHONE ... a year later I say the same information. I can not talk to someone to make an appointment. And when I was there, I spent almost 2 hours waiting to be attended

I really need to schedule an appointment, but after reading so many negative comments about the service, I was even afraid to call. I hope to modify this note after I have the stomach to go through the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica excelente! As recepcionistas atendem muito bem, ao contrário de várias outras clinicas que tive a infelicidade de conhecer.
As consultas são realizadas no horário marcado (eles seguem o horário, não é igual a outras clinicas em que você marca um determinado horário e quando você chega descobre que tem vários em sua frente).
Quero deixar aqui os meu parabéns para o Dr. Andre Luiz Pereira, ortopedista que presta um excelente atendimento. Lhe atende com paciência, respeito e explica minuciosamente todo o diagnóstico.
Excellent Clinic! The receptionists attend very well, unlike several other clinics that I had the misfortune to know.
Consultations are held at the scheduled time (they follow the time, it is not the same as other clinics where you mark a certain time and when you arrive you discover that you have several in front of you).
I want to leave my congratulations to Dr. Andre Luiz Pereira, an orthopedist who provides excellent care. He treats you patiently, respectfully, and thoroughly explains the whole diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão mal atendida na vida como fui nesta clínica. Colaboradoras muito despreparadas para atendimento ao público. Fui tratada com muita indiferença e desdenho. Não recomendo ninguém procurar qualquer tipo de serviço nesta empresa. Estou muito insatisfeita como fui tratada. Liguei pedindo marcação para retorno ao médico para leitura de uma ressonância e a colaboradora marcou fora da data aceitável do plano, que são 15 dias, sendo que no dia que eu liguei haviam duas vagas para atendimento (só fiquei sabendo disso no dia que fui agendada). Fui no dia agendado e sugerido pela atendente. Lá a moça pergunta se eu iria fazer nova consulta, eu respondi que liguei solicitando retorno e fui agendada que inclusive a mesma pessoa me ligou hoje para confirmação do retorno. Ela disse que eu deveria ter ficado atenta à data e que eu procurasse a Unimed para resolver o meu problema. Um problema que a própria atendente da clínica criou. Porque não me agendou para a data que havia disponibilidade ? No decorrer da conversa a moça me tratou super mal devido meus questionamentos. Uma pessoa super despreparada que não tem habilidade de negociação. Mantive meus questionamentos e em retaliação fui ofendida e tive que escutar grosserias da parte dela. Finalizei pedindo que ela meditasse e trocasse de lugar comigo, imagine se você estivesse amamentando ali como eu estava e alguém gritasse com você do balcão. Super indelicada e rancorosa. Não recomendo os serviços desta clínica! E com certeza se continuar assim perderá tantos outros clientes. Lembrando que, se há uma indisposição para atender clientes de plano de saúde, que corte logo o vínculo para que não os atenda de forma grosseira. Pessoas devem ser tratadas como pessoas, pois até animais merecem respeito, quanto mais uma pessoa. Eu estava acompanhada por uma amiga e ela ficou de boca aberta, estarrecida com tamanha grosseria das duas atendentes. Ela também não volta e tão pouco indica!
I've never been as poorly served in life as I was at this clinic. Collaborators very unprepared for service to the public. I was treated with great indifference and contempt. I would not recommend anyone looking for any kind of service in this company. I am very unsatisfied how I was treated. I called and asked for a return to the doctor to read an MRI, and the collaborator checked out the acceptable date of the plan, which is 15 days, and on the day I called there were two places to attend (I only heard about it the day I was scheduled ). I went on the day scheduled and suggested by the attendant. There the girl asks if I would re-consult, I answered that I called requesting a return and I was scheduled that even the same person called me today for confirmation of the return. She said that I should have been attentive to date and that I would go to Unimed to solve my problem. A problem that the clinic clerk created. Why did not you schedule me for the date that there was availability? In the course of the conversation the girl treated me super bad because of my questions. A super unprepared person who has no negotiating skills. I kept my questions and in retaliation I was offended and had to listen to rumors from her. I ended up asking her to meditate and change places with me, imagine if you were breastfeeding there like I was and someone would yell at you from the balcony. Super rude and spiteful. I do not recommend the services of this clinic! And for sure if you continue like this you will lose so many other customers. Remembering that if there is an unwillingness to attend health insurance clients, that soon cut the bond so that it does not meet them rudely. People should be treated as people because even animals deserve respect, let alone a person. I was accompanied by a friend, and her mouth dropped open, terrified at the coarseness of the two attendants. She does not come back either, and so little indicates!
