1 Entrega do imóvel fora do prazo ocasionando transtorno com mudança que veio de outro município;
2 Imóvel com infiltração pelo cabeamento da TV, vazamento na pia do banheiro e lavanderia sem tratativa adequada e ágil;
3 Difícil retornarem as ligações quando é para solução dos problemas;
E por último simplesmente a empresa não transferiu a titularidade da concessionária de energia elétrica conforme informado pela corretora e o antigo morador solicitou o cancelamento do fornecimento da energia elétrica.
Tratamento e atendimento pré e pós assinarura do contrato bem diferenciado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não está sendo boa, feito a locação da casa e no período do tempo de chuva, a casa estava toda cheia de goteiras, entrei em contato com a imobiliária que de primeira não me deu assistência, depois de muita insistência no período de 2 a três meses que mandaram fazer o serviço, porém não prestou e ainda continuo com o problema é prejuízo dos móveis que danificaram.
Antes de assinar o contrato de locar, tive toda uma atenção, e após assinado, sem nenhuma atenção !!! Fala que vai verificar e não verificar, NÃO RECOMENDO
