Estamos no exterior, fizemos o TED para recargar que nos informaram q já estaria disponível em 1h. Fizemos na manhã da sexta-feira e hj é tarde de sábado e continuamos sem saldo no cartão. Muito caro, muito "burrocrático" e nada para ajudar quem está fora do país numa fria. ?
Employees do not know how to give information, in our case, about the prepaid card of Banco Rendas / Agillitas. We are abroad, we did the TED to recharge that they informed us that it would be available in 1 hour. We did it on Friday morning and today is Saturday afternoon and we still have no balance on the card. Very expensive, very "bureaucratic" and nothing to help those who are out of the country in a cold. ?
