★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento do pediatra foi péssimo, pior que sus, nossa eu perdi o pediatra do meu filho, pq precisei cancelar um outro plano de saúde que ele tinha. Pesquisei na lista do atual plano um pediatra que fosse próximo a minha casa, e nossa!!! à pior experiência que tive em minha vida ! um Senhor mal educado , quase nem olhou para meu filho ,não me deixava falar, saiu metralhando a gente , dizendo do que meu filho precisava sem ao menos examinar ou perguntar o histórico dele Olha sinceramente mal amado e não gosta de crianças, fora o tempo da consulta, entrei quase não abri a boca ele só critica parecia tudo decorado. E ja me despachando, A clínica ótima! Recepção atenciososas, educada ,e o espaço confortável, limpo e agradável, mas nunca mais quero ver esse pediatra na minha frente , mas ainda bem que meu marido não foi junto, ou não sei oq teria dado.
 Attending the pediatrician was lousy, worse than sus, our I lost my son's pediatrician, because I had to cancel another health plan that he had. I searched the list of the current plan for a pediatrician who was close to my house, and ours !!! the worst experience I've had in my life! an ill-mannered Lord, barely even looked at my son, would not let me speak, he left us machine-gunning, telling him what my son needed without even examining or asking his history. He looks sincerely ill-loved and does not like children, of the consultation, I entered almost did not open his mouth he only criticizes seemed all decorated. And already me despachando, The clinic great! Reception was attentive, polite, and the space comfortable, clean and pleasant, but I never want to see this pediatrician in front of me, but still well that my husband was not together, or do not know what he would have given.

Fiz uma consulta em Dezembro, a médica marcou o retorno para Fevereiro, pois a mesma disse não ser possível o retorno dentro de 30 dias porque estaria de férias, em nenhum momento escolhi a data do retorno
Chegando na clínica fui informado que não seria atendido porque o retorno estava além do prazo de 30 dias, teria que agendar uma nova consulta paga, e eles pouco se importando se o tratamento fosse interrompido. Tenho o cartão com a data de retorno marcada como prova.
Não fiz muita questão de ser atendido, já que não gostei do atendimento da médica.

I made an appointment in December, the doctor scheduled the return for February, as she said it was not possible to return within 30 days because she would be on vacation, at no time did I choose the return date
Arriving at the clinic I was informed that I would not be seen because the return was beyond the 30-day period, I would have to schedule a new paid appointment, and they would not care if the treatment was interrupted. I have the card with the return date marked as proof.
I didn't really want to be seen, since I didn't like the doctor's service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joguei 160,00 no lixo, a Dr Maura psiquiatra não tem capacidade nenhuma para exercer está função, não deixou eu falar em momento nenhum e já foi me passando remédio e pronto, 160,00 em uma consulta que durou menos de 5 minutos e inaceitável.
Não recomendaria a ninguém o atendimento da mesma.
Referente a clínica, estão de parabéns, muito aconchegante, ótimo atendimento na recepção e por telefone, e já passei por outras especialidades na mesma e amei. Recomendo a clínica COTE.
Só avalie sua psiquiatra para não perder mais a credibilidade. Desde já agradeço!!
I threw 160.00 in the trash, Dr Maura psychiatrist has no capacity to exercise this function, she didn’t let me speak at any time and she was already giving me medicine and ready, 160.00 in a consultation that lasted less than 5 minutes and unacceptable .
I would not recommend it to anyone.
Regarding the clinic, they are to be congratulated, very cozy, great service at the reception and by phone, and I have already gone through other specialties in it and loved it. I recommend the COTE clinic.
Just evaluate your psychiatrist so you don't lose credibility. Thank you very much in advance!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, Dr.Silvino decepção total. Paguei caro na consulta e minha mãe nem sequer foi examinada e além disso receitou remédio que não resolveu nada o problema dela.Nao recomendo pra ninguém é pior do que o SUS.
Boa noite! Paciente Maria Nazaré dos Santos , A dormência e a as dores não passaram. Levei-a em outro profissional e a 1°coisa solicitada foi um raio-x , coisa que o seu médico não pediu nem no retorno reclamando sim que não havia solicitado o problema.
Terrible, Dr.Silvino total disappointment. I paid dearly for the consultation and my mother was not even examined and she also prescribed medicine that did not solve her problem at all. I do not recommend it to anyone, it is worse than SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável o atendimento! Já tive boas experiências anteriormente, porém fui muito mal atendido em minha última passagem por lá! Passei mais de uma hora esperando! Simplesmente esqueceram de me atender. Cheguei muito atrasado na minha volta para o trabalho por conta disso. Prejuízo total! Só esperei porque precisava da consulta. A clínica não é grande, as pessoas me viram esperando e assim deixaram. Não recomendo! Se for sua última opção, ok. Senão, não vá!
The service is regrettable! I've had good experiences before, but I was very poorly attended on my last visit there! I spent over an hour waiting! They simply forgot to answer me. I was really late on my way back to work because of this. Total damage! I just waited because I needed the appointment. The clinic is not big, people saw me waiting and left it that way. I do not recommend! If it's your last option, ok. Otherwise, don't go!
