★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Passaram as informações erradas. Não atendem telefone. Uma grande perca de tempo e um desgate de energia. E ainda falaram sue eu liguei o número errado quando falei que a informação estava errada. Não recomendo.
 Terrible attendance. Passed the wrong information. Do not answer phone. A big waste of time and a waste of energy. And they still said sue I called the wrong number when I said the information was wrong. I do not recommend.

Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento inadequado. Informaram errado sobre as condições da clínica para atender minha esposa com suspeita de fratura de joelho. O ortopedista foi grosso ao negar sedativo. E foi descuidado ao removê-la para os exames. Por sorte, a ambulância aguardou no local para que pudéssemos seguir para uma clínica mais qualificada. Atendentes mal preparadas, ainda conseguiram perder a carteira do plano médico, que foi dada a outra paciente por engano. Liguei agora para saber da carteirinha, que haviam prometido localizar ainda ontem, mas o que ouvi foi: "a pessoa que o atendeu não está aqui, liga na segunda-feira".
Inadequate service. I was wrongly informed about the conditions of the clinic to meet my wife with a suspected knee fracture. The orthopedist was rude in denying sedative. And was careless when removing it for exams. Luckily, the ambulance waited at the scene so we could go to a more qualified clinic. Poorly prepared attendants still managed to lose their medical plan wallet, which was given to another patient by mistake. I called now to hear about the card, which they had promised to locate yesterday, but what I heard was: "the person who answered it is not here, call on Monday".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido e eficiente - dado que estava com um inchaço e hematoma no ombro direito foi muito importante. Voltei outras 2 vezes para acompanhar a evolução do trauma e fui quase tão bem atendido quanto a 1a vez.
Fast and efficient service - given that I had a swelling and bruise on my right shoulder it was very important. I came back 2 more times to follow the evolution of the trauma and was almost as well attended as the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fui só uma vez, todas as vezes que lá procurei ajuda ortopédica, sempre foi sensacional o atendimento, simpatia e competência profissional do médico aos atendentes é realmente espetacular. Estou precisando de novo de ajuda para minha esposa, acredito que irei amanhã para uma consulta médica de emergência! Espero que seja perfeita como sempre.
I didn't go just once, every time I looked for orthopedic help there, the care, sympathy and professional competence of the doctor to the attendants was always amazing. It is really spectacular. I am in need of help for my wife again, I believe I will go tomorrow for an emergency medical consultation! I hope it's perfect as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento foi rápido porém passamos por algumas experiências ruins. O Raio X demorou muito (20-30min). As instalações estão bem antigas e a sala de Raio X que utilizamos não tem segurança para idosos ou pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Meu avô teve que subir uma escada colocada de forma bem perigosa para tirar uma chapa de perfil de pé. Os resultados não foram enviados diretamente por email como informado e tivemos que ligar pra solicitar o reenvio. Por fim, a televisão da clínica fica ligada num desses canais de notícias policialescas toscas. Poderiam modernizar um pouco as práticas e as instalações.
Service was fast but we had some bad experiences. The X-ray took a long time (20-30min). The facilities are very old and the X-ray room we use is not safe for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. My grandfather had to climb a ladder placed in a very dangerous way to remove a profile sheet standing. The results were not sent directly by email as informed and we had to call to request a resend. Finally, the clinic's television is on one of those rough police news channels. They could modernize the practices and facilities a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito demorado. Quando chegamos so tinha um medico atendendo. Mas as atendentes eram gentis e o médico bom e simpático .
Too slow. When we arrived there was only one doctor attending. But the attendants were kind and the doctor was nice and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctors and accepting most health insurances. Highly recommended. Playing basketball unfortunately led me to need their services more than I'd hope for. Everytime I was seen quickly by a doctor and exams were also really fast. Procedures and clinical decisions always led me to have no sequelae from my lesions.
