NÃO RECOMENDO!!!

Reply: Tenho toda aprovação pela Porto Seguro para outro imóvel com o valor superior o de vocês, se houve qualquer falha na aprovação a mesma foi causada por erro da imobiliária.
Poor service, lack of professionalism and no commitment to deadlines.
Reply: I have all approval by Porto Seguro for another property with a value higher than yours, if there was any failure in the approval, it was caused by an error by the real estate agency.

Vamos aos acontecidos:
- Não informaram a existência de IPTU
- Subitamente relatam de hora pra outra a existência de IPTU.
- Perguntados sobre o valor do IPTU, não sabem responder o valor, mas como?
Sobre o preenchimento da ficha de cadastro:
- A empresa argumenta que não é preciso pressa na entrega dos documentos.
- A empresa não relatou existência de outros interessados.
- Após a entrega da documentação do inquilino , faltando a documentação do fiador, os mesmos alegaram que subitamente apareceu um cliente e alugou a casa.
Omitem informação em benefício próprio!
Resumo: NÃO FAÇAM NEGÓCIO COM ESSA IMOBILIÁRIA
