Poor service and bad logistics, I bought some material to deliver on Saturday, they didn't deliver it and when I went to complain on Monday, because it delayed the service and I had to dismiss the professionals, they weren't finding it, as they lost the order and wasted a lot of time to prove it that had not been delivered.
