★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não cumpriu com o combinado na entrega do material, mesmo tendo contrato assinado e pago a metade adiantada eles ligaram informando que não iam cumprir o combinado porque o valor tinha aumentado. Achei desrespeitoso e não houve acordo a não ser pegar o dinheiro de volta. A atendente foi bastante confusa e não gerou credibilidade. Não recomendo essa empresa.
The company did not comply with the agreed upon delivery of the material, even though they had signed a contract and paid the half in advance, they called informing that they would not comply with the agreement because the value had increased. I thought it was disrespectful and there was no agreement but to get the money back. The attendant was quite confused and did not generate credibility. I don't recommend this company.
