Na recepção fui atendida com descaso, não me apresentaram o espaço e nem qual local poderia utilizar. A recepcionista nos atendeu de uma forma ríspida, sem nenhuma simpatia e parecia que estávamos atrapalhando.
Chegamos às 13h e fomos embora 15h porque não ficamos confortáveis no local.
Acredito que devem investir urgentemente no atendimento da recepção, porque este primeiro contato é a impressão que fica do local e com o atendimento que recebi não pretendo voltar.
I scheduled to spend the afternoon working with my team because I thought about being a resident. The service was terrible for me and my entire team.
At the reception I was treated with indifference, they didn't show me the space or which place I could use. The receptionist attended us in a harsh way, without any sympathy and it seemed that we were in the way.
We arrived at 13:00 and left at 15:00 because we were not comfortable in the place.
I believe that they must urgently invest in the reception service, because this first contact is the impression that remains of the place and with the service I received I do not intend to return.
