Eles tratam nosso cliente com um descaso total pior que lixo, os funcionários não possuem o mínimo de comunicação entre sí e bom senso. Mas na hora de fechar contrato te prometem de tudo, mas depois que você assina começa, cobranças indevidas e ligações abusivas. Para instalar a impressora no computador é necessário abrir um chamado que eles respondem depois de 1 semana sem uma solução! Qualquer coisa simples que precise, é via chamado no sistema deles que por sinal é retrógrado e demora muito o retorno. Péssima empresa, pior coworking existente, se querem crescer ou manter seu negócio, NÃO procure a GOWORK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30/09/19 - Péssimo atendimento, quando vc contratamos o serviço para 3 salas exclusivas nos deram vários benefícios que foram cortados a partir do momento em que entramos. Tudo muito desorganizado, sem informação, com um portal de solicitações que não funciona e não te dão retorno. Estamos a 2 meses se arrependendo a cada momento. Promessas: telefone; 3 salas preparadas, acesso aos nossos equipamentos; salas de reuniões. Entregas: realmente telefone apenas 1 e sem linha disponível; somente 1 sala entregue no prazo; estamos sem acesso a nossa impressora até hoje; elevadores em péssimo estado que já pararam e caíram várias vezes; atendimento de algumas pessoas excelente, mas a grande maioria acha que estão fazendo um favor e sempre pela metade. Não recomendo em nada o Go Work da Paulista, 302 e não se enganem com comentários de pessoas que trabalham no local, procurem comentários de quem aluga o Cowork
09/30/19 - Bad service, when you hired the service for 3 exclusive rooms gave us several benefits that were cut from the moment we entered. All very disorganized, without information, with a request portal that does not work and give you no return. We are 2 months regretting every moment. Promises: telephone; 3 rooms prepared, access to our equipment; meeting rooms. Deliveries: really only 1 phone and no line available; only 1 room delivered on time; we have no access to our printer to this day; poor elevators that have already stopped and fallen several times; Some people's service is excellent, but the vast majority think they are doing them a favor and always half done. I highly recommend Paulista's Go Work, 302 and make no mistake with comments from local workers, look for comments from those who rent Cowork

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível, péssimo de se trabalhar e equipe que não tem a mínima consideração com quem está alugando o espaço. Hoje (26/11) fiquei presa com mais 6 pessoas no elevador e já soube que isso é um acontecimento comum. O prédio comporta diversas empresas e a FIA e só possui 3 elevadores que sequer funcionam direito. Foi prometido um espaço que seria um refeitório em setembro, já estamos quase em dezembro e nunca vi sinal de uma PIA nesse lugar sem ser a do banheiro para lavar pratos, talheres e copos. Já chegamos para trabalhar e nos deparamos com uma BRITADEIRA furando o piso do andar em cima do nosso, em pleno horário comercial.. Enfim, se for passar o dia todo falando aqui, vai ter muita história pra contar. NÃO contratem esse serviço, porque pra ficar RUIM eles ainda precisam melhorar muito.
Horrible place, lousy place to work and staff that has no regard for who is renting the space. Today (11/26) I got stuck with 6 more people in the elevator and I already know that this is a common event. The building houses several companies and the FIA and only has 3 lifts that do not even work properly. A space that would be a dining hall was promised in September, it is almost December, and I have never seen a sign of a PIA in this place other than the bathroom for washing dishes, cutlery and glasses. We have arrived to work and come across a CRYSTALER drilling the floor of the floor above ours, in full business hours .. Anyway, if you spend all day talking here, will have much history to tell. DO NOT hire this service, because to be BAD they still need to improve a lot.

The service is very good until you open the mouth saying you want to cancel the service. I've been trying to cancel for almost 3 months and each time they invent a new story or system to enter.
