★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente por meses, e frequentemente tinha problemas com ar condicionado que não funcionava direito, internet que caía o tempo todo (muito instável) e passávamos calor em excesso no ambiente compartilhado.
Apesar de tudo, o principal problema é o fato de o proprietário parecer confundir o negócio com uma extensão da sua casa. Parece que por vezes esquece que as pessoas que estão lá são clientes e não convidados, e pagam para estar ali.
Tínhamos muito problema com ar-condicionado. Literalmente passávamos calor e suávamos dentro da sala compartilhada, por que o aparelho de ar-condicionado foi mal dimensionado, e ainda tínhamos que ouvir reclamações do dono por que a temperatura de regulagem do ar estava abaixo do permitido (23° C).
O proprietário faz muitas intervenções no layout das salas (o tempo todo) quando volta de viagem. Isso atrapalha muito nossa rotina, pois precisávamos parar tudo para readequar à nova "visão dele".
Por fim, apesar de tudo, continuávamos no local. Entretanto, tivemos que sair subitamente por que dono simplesmente DOBROU o valor do aluguel, alegando aumento na conta de energia.
I was a customer for months, and I often had problems with the air conditioning that didn't work properly, the internet that dropped all the time (very unstable) and we were too hot in the shared environment.
However, the main problem is that the owner seems to confuse the business with an extension of his house. It seems that sometimes it forgets that the people who are there are customers and not invited, and they pay to be there.
We had a lot of problems with air conditioning. We were literally hot and sweaty inside the shared room, because the air conditioning unit was poorly dimensioned, and we still had to hear complaints from the owner because the air regulation temperature was below the allowed (23° C).
The owner makes a lot of interventions in the layout of the rooms (all the time) when he comes back from his trip. This greatly disrupts our routine, as we had to stop everything to readjust to his new "vision".
Finally, despite everything, we were still there. However, we had to leave suddenly because the owner simply DOUBLE the rent, claiming an increase in the energy bill.
