★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local limpo, clima agradável. Clínica silenciosa. Tem sofá para paciente descansar melhor, fora as cadeiras de espera normais. Recepcionistas simpáticas e educadas tanto no atendimento pessoalmente quanto pelo telefone. Banheiros limpos. Local silencioso. Tv no volume que nao incomoda os demais.No local há café, chá, água, bolachinhas,biscoitos,balas. Só há demora nos atendimentos, mas acredito porque os médicos são bem procurados. Então quando forem possa ser que "percam" a manhã ou tarde toda.
Clean place, nice weather. Silent Clinic. It has a sofa to rest better, outside the normal waiting chairs. Receptionists are friendly and polite both in person and by phone. Clean bathrooms. Quiet place. Tv in the volume that does not disturb the others.In the place there is coffee, tea, water, cookies, biscuits, candy. There are only delays in attending, but I believe doctors are well looked for. Then when they are might "miss" the morning or afternoon all over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes médicos mas ZERO respeito a cumprimento de horário e a cada momento que pergunta na recepção quantas pessoas tem na sua frente a quantidade aumenta... Impossível de entender!
Excellent doctors but ZERO respect for meeting schedule and every time you ask at reception how many people are in front of you the number increases... Impossible to understand!

Depois de vários profissionais, que nem esse nome deveriam receber, minha mãe teve a possibilidade de ter um tratamento digno e humano para seu câncer de endométrio. O atendimento na clínica também é excelente, do atendente às recepcionistas, e a estrutura é muito acolhedora. Recomendo e sou eternamente grata ao Dr. Artur e sua equipe cirúrgica.
Dr. Artur Lício has a unique sensitivity, attention and competence in the area. After several professionals, who should not even be named, my mother was able to have a dignified and humane treatment for her endometrial cancer. The service at the clinic is also excellent, from the attendant to the receptionists, and the structure is very welcoming. I recommend and am forever grateful to Dr. Artur and his surgical team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra mim foi bom eu ter consultado o médico oncologista eu acho até que foi um milagre pois eu já com 63 anos e tinha medo de fazer a monografia au meu entender apertava e doía mais tudo foi engano da minha parte ainda bem que eu fizer os exames não doeu nada e foi descoberto a tempo um câncer de mamã graças a Deus e uma equipe maravilhosa no hospital Oswaldo Cruz fezes minha cirurgia e posso dizer que estou curada em nome de Jesus e persso a todas mulheres que vá sempre ao médico fassa seus exames não seja eu que demorei muito para realizar os exames Deus abençoe os médicos e os ilumine sempre vcs todos ???️?
It was good for me to have consulted the oncologist, I think it was a miracle because I was 63 years old and was afraid to do the monograph, in my opinion, it was tight and it hurt but everything was a mistake on my part, I'm glad I did the exams it didn't hurt at all and a breast cancer was discovered in time thanks to God and a wonderful team at the Oswaldo Cruz hospital feces my surgery and I can say that I am cured in Jesus name and I ask all women to always go to the doctor for their exams no I'm the one who took a long time to perform the exams God bless the doctors and always enlighten them all ???️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É bem localizado, fácil de achar, os funcionários são simpáticos, as recepcionistas são bem explicativas e bem legais. O que incomoda é a demora entre os atendimentos, pois os médicos são bastante solicitados. A sala de recepção é ótima, com várias cadeiras seguindo o distanciamento, uma tv em um local ótimo para todos assistirem, tem bebedouro e café, acompanhado de bolacha e biscoitos para quem quiser se servir.
It's well located, easy to find, the staff are friendly, the receptionists are very explainable and very nice. What bothers is the delay between appointments, as the doctors are in great demand. The reception room is great, with several chairs following the distance, a TV in a great place for everyone to watch, has a drinking fountain and coffee, accompanied by cookies and cookies for those who want to help themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total desrespeito com os horários agendados. Marquei uma consulta às 8:30, porém, a médica só chegou às 10h, sem qualquer explicação, e iniciou os atendimentos apenas às 10:30. Desisti da consulta diante de tamanho descaso, não compartilho dessa falta de respeito com os pacientes. Não indico não.
Total disregard for scheduled times. I made an appointment at 8:30, however, the doctor only arrived at 10:00, without any explanation, and started the consultations only at 10:30. I gave up on the consultation due to such neglect, I do not share this lack of respect for patients. I do not indicate.
