★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha nem começou a frequentar e já estou com problemas, falta de comunicação e comprometimento, atendentes tontamente sem preparo para atendimento, ficam jogando a responsabilidade para outras pessoas, e a Diretora não consegue resolver uma simples transferência. estou tentando realizar á transferência da minha filha dês de ontem de manhã ligo na escola, ninguém sabe da informação, e a diretora só promete e não me envia o protocolo para acompanhamento da solicitação.
My daughter hasn't even started attending and I'm already having problems, lack of communication and commitment, attendants who are silly unprepared for care, they are throwing the responsibility onto other people, and the Director cannot resolve a simple transfer. I'm trying to transfer my daughter since yesterday morning I call the school, nobody knows the information, and the principal only promises and doesn't send me the protocol to follow up on the request.
