Contratei a CRAJ com o custo mais alto da região para obtermos profissionalismo e segurança, no entanto após o término da reforma não forneceram o contrato de prestação de serviços e infelizmente tenho uma lista de problemas e transtornos que foram ocasionados transformando a satisfação de uma reforma em um pesadelo com muito desgaste emocional para minha família. Alguns exemplos: Tabica de gesso com rachadura; cimento queimado na cozinha descascando (um pesadelo para minha esposa); aquecedor de água não instalado; vazo sanitário instalado erroneamente gerando cheiro de esgoto insuportável; problemas na parte elétrica; rodapé da parede descascando; azulejo da cozinha com lascas; problemas de marcenaria no acabamento de portas; vazamento de água no banheiro etc. Pelos fatos expostos, vale sugestionar que repense a contratação dessa empresa.
I do not recommend! I hired CRAJ with the highest cost in the region to obtain professionalism and security, however after the end of the reform they did not provide the service contract and unfortunately I have a list of problems and inconveniences that were caused, transforming the satisfaction of a reform into a nightmare with a lot of emotional strain on my family. Some examples: Cracked plasterboard; burnt cement in the kitchen peeling (a nightmare for my wife); water heater not installed; Wrongly installed toilet bowl generating unbearable sewage smell; electrical problems; wall baseboard peeling off; kitchen tile with chips; joinery problems in finishing doors; water leakage in the bathroom etc. Due to the above facts, it is worth suggesting that you rethink the hiring of this company.
