I went there yesterday the girls are to be congratulated, especially Vanessa who attended me was friendly she gave me attention I convince myself with education not like the other girls where I used to live that just because I work at CRAS that to be better than others Vanessa go to the girls from CRAS I clap my hands for you note one thousand ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Testou desde março que dei entrada no auxilio Brasil,e até agora nada tem gente recebendocdesde janeiro e elas lá dizem queb não estão pagando,muito desorganizado e impaciência da parte dos funcionários, ninguém explica a verdadeira situação é estou desempregada,e sem fonte de renda nenhuma,é u descaso muito grande ?????

Gente hoje eu estive no Cras Apollo- Itaboraí e que atendimento péssimooooooooo...
Fui pedir informações e as funcionárias da recepção mau educadas , arrogantes , ignorantes e totalmente despreparadas para atendimento público.
Principalmente se tratrando de um local que deve ser "centro referência e acolhimento social "
Mas como à males que vem para o bem ...
Fui atendida pela coordenadora Adriana e a psicológa Camile que foram muito receptivas e atenciosas.
Fica meu alerta a todos , serviço público não é favor !
É direito de todo cidadão !
Não se cale , reclame seus direitos.
