★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um local lotado de idosos, que tem suas limitações, estão com o peso da idade, cansaço e são tratados com tanto descaso por algumas pessoas que pra são funcionárias públicas acham que podem falar e tratar como acharem que devem tratar e fazer. È um descaso, a demora, o tratamento, a burocracia, a falta de paciência e falta de informação precisa. Idosos sendo tratados como inúteis.
 A place full of older people, who have their limitations, are burdened with age, tired and are treated with such disregard by some people that for public servants they think they can talk and treat as they think they should treat and do. It is a disregard, delay, treatment, bureaucracy, lack of patience and lack of accurate information. Elderly being treated as useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Povo ali abusa da nossa necessidade. Falam pra gente chegar cedo e ficam morcegando lá dentro, como se a gente não tivesse mais o que fazer. Da última vez q fui lá, cheguei às 11h50h, eu estava com meu filho especial. A assistente ficou desfilando de um lado pro outro, qdo deu 11:55h falou q ia sair pro almoço, e ficou lá conversando até às 12:15h, e só voltou as 13:15h. Não precisa falar mais nada né?
People there abuse our need. They tell us to arrive early and keep batting inside, as if we had nothing else to do. The last time I went there, I arrived at 11:50 am, I was with my special son. The assistant paraded from side to side, when it was 11: 55h said she was going out for lunch, and stayed there talking until 12: 15h, and only returned at 13: 15h. You don't need to say anything else right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone está errado, via e-mail consegui o contato correto para agendamento do cadastro.
Quando sentei para fazer o atendimento, a funcionária verificou por cima que faltou apenas um documento de um membro da família. Eu moro a 7 minutos, meu pai estava de carro, podia trazer naquele instante. Ela NEGOU e me mandou embora, alegando que ia atrasar os demais agendamentos. COMO? Eram CINCO membros para cadastrar, ela poderia ter começado enquanto o documento que faltava vinha. Não ia demorar mais que 10 min. Eu deveria ter 1h ou pelo menos 30 min agendada, não? Achei um falta de empatia... isso porque o pessoal trabalha lá com o intuito de ajudar, imagina se não... Esperando dias para isso.
Os demais funcionários foram gentis comigo.
The phone is wrong, via e-mail I got the correct contact to schedule the registration.
When I sat down to attend, the employee verified that only a document from a family member was missing. I live 7 minutes away, my father was in a car, I could bring it at that moment. She DENIED and sent me away, claiming that she would delay the other appointments. LIKE? There were FIVE members to register, she could have started while the missing document came. It wouldn't take more than 10 min. I should have 1h or at least 30min scheduled, no? I found a lack of empathy... that's because the people work there with the intention of helping, imagine if not... Waiting days for that.
The other employees were kind to me.
