Estamos falando de um local que deveria ser referência no atendimento ao cidadão e na garantia de direitos humanos, até pq essa é a gênese do Serviço Social, que tem como missão informar, orientar, defender e garantir o acesso a direitos institucionais e constitucionais da população que desfrutam dos serviços públicos. O CRAS tem, ainda, como objetivo amparar e auxiliar pessoas, ajudando-as a resolver problemas referentes à educação, à habitação, à saúde, ao trabalho, entre outros. Infelizmente nesse CRAS São Benedito isso não ocorre, pois o problema com telefone fora do gancho persiste e não há possibilidade de agendamento presencial, ou seja, o cidadão luziense fica em um looping infinito. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e bom, as atendentes tiraram todas as dúvidas.Mas poderia melhorar colocando mais atendentes já que a população de são benedito e grande. Quando fui só tinha duas atendendo tem que te mais gente pra atende todos ficar ate melhor pra cadastro único demorou mas resolveu. Ele tem que colocar outro numero de telefone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liga o telefone so da ocupado durante todos os dias da semana, fui pessoalmente para fazer o agendamento e disseram q nao fazia que tinha que ligar ou fazer o agendamento pelo whatsapp segunda feira que é feito os agendamentos, tento fazer o agendamento pelo whatsapp sempre falam que ja acabou as vagas, falaram para ir em outro Crás. Ja faz um mês que estou tentando o atendendo, acho que os responsável prefeito e os vereadores deveriam fiscalizar e vê o que esta acontecendo porque o caso é recorrente e o descaso é muito grande com a população que precisa do atendimento.
