★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra que se tem telefone se não atendem ? pedem para ligar quando sai o resultado, mas só cai em caixa postal. Assim fica muito difícil ter acesso as informações.
Why do you have a phone if you don't answer? ask to call when the result comes out, but it only goes to voicemail. This makes it very difficult to access information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo, as pessoas são excelentes. Infelizmente a prefeitura não dá condições dignas de trabalho num casarão caindo aos pedaços, cheio de infiltrações, sem nenhuma reforma. Ainda assim o local é mantido limpo e organizado.
The service is great, the people are great. Unfortunately, the city hall does not provide decent working conditions in a house falling apart, full of infiltrations, without any renovation. Still the place is kept clean and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que dar três viagens o número de telefone que eles disponibilizam cai direto na caixa de mensagem tem que ir tireto no endereço e chegar antes do portão abrir o atendimento e demorado levar os documentos completos .
I had to make three trips, the phone number they provide goes straight to the message box, you have to go to the address and arrive before the gate opens the service and it takes time to take the complete documents.
