★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente,cheguei lá às 07:00 havia apenas uma pessoa aguardando. Os funcionários foram chegando todos atrasados, exceto um que chegou antes das 8:00. O atendimento começou 8:40.
Nesse momento havia apenas 5 pessoas para ser atendidas,aí na hora do atendimento disseram que não faziam o processo na hora que precisava agendar,perguntei para quando! e me disseram que não tinha previsão porque a demanda era grande ,que haviam pessoas aguardando desde novembro,pegaram meu número e disseram que ligariam para me dizer o dia do atendimento.
Meu atendimento era para auxilio Brasil.
Fiquei decepcionada, imagina o tanto de dinheiro que o governo gasta para manter um órgão desse,e a população não consegue resolver suas necessidades.haviam vários funcionários e apenas uma atendia?
Guys, I got there at 07:00 there was only one person waiting. The employees were all arriving late except one who arrived before 8:00. The service started at 8:40.
At that moment there were only 5 people to be attended, then at the time of service they said they did not do the process at the time I needed to schedule, I asked when! and they told me that there was no forecast because the demand was great, that there were people waiting since November, they took my number and said they would call to tell me the day of service.
My service was to help Brazil.
I was disappointed, imagine how much money the government spends to maintain an agency like this, and the population can't solve their needs. there were several employees and only one attended?
