Uma senhora de idade se irritou e foi chamadas lá dentro ,uma delas chamou a atenção da senhora toda ignorante dizendo que ela não poderia entrar lá dentro de forma nenhum.
A total neglect, while me and two other women waited at the reception, everyone was inside laughing gossiping and didn't see the answer.
An elderly lady got angry and was called inside, one of them caught the attention of the ignorant lady saying that she could not enter inside at all.
