★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca dar pra falar pra conseguir falar so no final quase do expediente,telefone ocupado des da 8:00hs da manha?? Quase 12:00hs e nada? Absurdo isso...so pode que eles tira do gancho dar revolta isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite! Estou muito triste com o atendente que deveria atender o telefone, só dá ocupado,nem chama pois queria saber se para fazer exclusão do congue,e atualizar endereço.

Aí vc chega lá e ver todos os funcionários batendo papo ou mexendo no celular.
Prefeito por favor de um jeito.
Uma falta de respeito conosco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em plena pandemia não consigo atualizar o cadastro único pois demora mais de 3 meses o agendamento nesse CRAS, quem realmente preciso do auxílio sofre.
In the middle of the pandemic I can't update the single registration as it takes more than 3 months to schedule this CRAS, who really need help suffers.

Tem que trabalhar mais nisso pq do mesmo jeito que vocês precisa trabalhar nos tbm tem que ter resposta pq nem todo mundo pode está indo ao crás
Pra fazer uma simples pergunta sendo que se estivesse um telefone seria mais fácil mais não precisa se deslocar da sua casa para fazer uma pergunta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito difícil fala com eles não atendem o telefone de jeito nenhum e fui até o local e fui muito mal atendida dão informações erradas..pra atualizar o cadastro só daki 3 meses quem precisa do dinheiro do bolça família fica difícil ...péssimo lugar são tantas reclamações e ninguém toma uma atitude arnaldinho faz alguma coisa por nós tô indignada ??
It's very difficult to talk to them they don't answer the phone at all and I went to the place and I was very poorly answered they give wrong information..to update the registration only in 3 months who needs the money from the bolça family it's difficult...bad place they are so many complaints and no one takes action arnaldinho does something for us I'm outraged ??
