★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi há quatro dias que fui no CRAS-SARACURUNA-Duque de Caxias-SUS/RJ, mas a cerca de 9-10 meses, não recordo exatamente, quando meu filho primogênito apresentou sintomas de Covid19. Ele foi exemplarmente atendido, pela Equipe de Saúde da Unidade Básica. Creio que foi esse primeiro atendimento que salvou a vida do meu filho, que acabou sendo internado por cinco dias e evoluiu muito rapidamente para a alta médica totalmente recuperado. A unidade, em si, passa por reformas físicas, infelizmente, apenas de fachada, mas conta com boas equipes médicas, enfermagem e profissionais da saúde e administrativos. O conforto e ambiência seguem precários, contudo, vale pela qualidade da assistência à saúde prestada pelos servidores do SUS duquecaxiense. Parabéns, para todos eles! A gestão da unidade precisa ser mais qualificada, despartidarizada, compreender que o Estado e o SUS são laicos, e deve ser permanentemente avaliada pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, que em contrapartida deve se desvincular dos clientelismos de vereadores, cuja função legislativa é legislar e fiscalizar, e não fazer os papéis que cabem ao Poder Executivo Municipal.
It wasn't four days ago that I went to CRAS-SARACURUNA-Duque de Caxias-SUS/RJ, but about 9-10 months ago, I don't exactly remember when my first-born son presented symptoms of Covid19. He was exemplarily attended to by the Basic Unit Health Team. I believe that it was this first service that saved my son's life, who ended up being hospitalized for five days and evolved very quickly to medical discharge, fully recovered. The unit itself is undergoing physical reforms, unfortunately, just a front, but it has good medical, nursing and health and administrative staff. The comfort and ambience remain precarious, however, it is worth the quality of health care provided by SUS servers in Duquecaxiense. Congratulations to all of them! The unit's management needs to be more qualified, non-partisan, understand that the State and the SUS are secular, and must be permanently evaluated by the Municipal Health Department, which in return must be detached from the clientelism of councilors, whose legislative function is to legislate and supervise , and not playing the roles that belong to the Municipal Executive Power.

Mas, hoje foi excepcional a equipe exemplar desde da portaria, quanto a recepção e a limpeza do local e também gostaria de parabenizar os profissionais Rômulo, Marta , Jussara e Alex pelo comprometimento com todos que ali estavam aguardando e respeito a cada um porque estenderam seus horários de serviço na condição de nos servi. Meu atendimento encerrou as 17:32 devido a instabilidade do sistema e a internet. POR MAIS PROFISSIONAIS ASSIM :)
I've been to this SPRING CRAS twice and I was very well attended. But, today, the exemplary team from the reception desk was exceptional, regarding the reception and cleaning of the place and I would also like to congratulate the professionals Rômulo, Marta, Jussara and Alex for their commitment to everyone who were waiting there and respect for each one because they extended their service schedules on condition of serving us. My service ended at 17:32 due to system instability and the internet. FOR MORE PROFESSIONALS LIKE THIS :)
