Trabalhem com mais amor, falam com as pessoas com mais atenção. De 10 funcionários 3 ou 4 tratam com mais atenção. Infelizmente

The face-to-face service was very good. But I could have been answered by phone if it had been working. I hope the city hall replaces it with one that works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um descaso, pessimo atendimento, "pessimos profissionais" e nao atendem o telefone. Liguei 30 vzs durante o dia e nao atenderam nehuma vez. Deveria ter um fiscal nesses locais pq é humilhante e inaceitavel esse tipo de tratamento.
A lack of care, bad service, "bad professionals" and they don't answer the phone. I called 30 times during the day and they never answered. There should be an inspector in these places because this type of treatment is humiliating and unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui presencialmente no CRAS e fui muito bem atendida por um funcionário bastante gatinho que me explicou pacientemente e de forma objetiva o que eu precisava saber. Infelizmente o local é frequentado por gente mal educada e barraqueira que acha que vai ganhar as coisas no grito ou que acha que o governo deve sustentar todos com algum tipo de auxílio. Outros pontos negativos são o calor absurdo, o telefone quebrado que a prefeitura não troca e o mal estado de conservação do prédio.
I went to CRAS in person and was very well attended by a very friendly employee who patiently and objectively explained what I needed to know. Unfortunately, the place is frequented by rude people and barrackers who think they will win things by screaming or who think that the government should support everyone with some kind of aid. Other negative points are the absurd heat, the broken telephone that the city hall does not change and the poor state of conservation of the building.
