Very bad service, I made an appointment to be seen at 12:40 pm I stayed until 2:40 pm and was not attended obs: (there were only 2 people there when I arrived to be seen)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente , a assistente social muito educada toda equipe bem prestativos . por Incrível que pareça não demorei pra ser atendida e quando liguei fui atendida imediatamente . pode acontecer de lotar nas quintas feira , é só ter paciência que tudo dará certo .
Excellent service, the social worker very polite, all the staff very helpful. Incredible as it may seem, it didn't take me long to be answered and when I called I was answered immediately. it can happen to be crowded on Thursdays, just be patient and everything will work out.
