Após três dias seguidos indo ao estabelecimento, descobri acidentalmente por um dos funcionários que aquele não era o CRAS responsável pelo meu bairro, mesmo eu tendo informado o meu bairro no primeiro dia.
Terrible. Some employees give incorrect, mismatched information, making life difficult for people who need the service. After three days in a row going to the establishment, I accidentally discovered by one of the employees that this was not the CRAS responsible for my neighborhood, even though I informed my neighborhood on the first day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, gostaria de saber pq nesse site consta que o CRAS é responsável por fazer o cadastro único, mas quando entramos em contato com o CRAS da zona norte da vila São Francisco cujo o número é 995355550 um rapaz muito mal educado atende a ligação e informa que eles não fazem e nunca fizeram cadastro único e ainda por cima desliga na cara da pessoa quando é questionado pq no site consta uma informação, mas quando a gente entra em contato com o CRAS eles passam outra. Se não quer trabalhar da a vaga pra quem realmente quer. Agora eu quero saber para ter uma resposta plausível eu vou ter que denunciar nós jornais e nas redes sociais? É uma vergonha que um serviço que deveria ajudar a população não esteja fazendo o seu devido papel.

If you don't want to work, give the job to those who really want it. Now I want to know to have a plausible answer, will I have to report it to the newspapers and social media? It is a shame that a service that should help the population is not playing its proper role.
