★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É lugar bacana , porém percebo que complicam de mais para as pessoas que estão precisando das cestas básicas pedem tanto documentos que a pessoa até desiste . Não precisava ser assim . Já é um lugar que o ganho vem da prefeitura e governo .
It's a nice place, but I realize that it's too complicated for people who are in need of food baskets, they ask for so many documents that the person even gives up. It didn't have to be that way. It is already a place where the gain comes from the city hall and government.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela porque precisava para avaliar... a vontade é de não dá nenhuma ? total desrespeito. Não atendem telefone, não atendem presencial e quando atendem é um jogo de empurra e a gente acaba sem atendimento.
I gave it a star because I needed to rate... the will is to give no total disrespect. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer in person, and when they answer, it's a push game and we end up with no service.

Na unidade dão chá de cadeira nas pessoas e as vezes as funcionárias são grossas com algumas pessoas dependendo muito de como a pessoa esteja vestida. Se tiver bem vestido e bem tratado se tiver em trage mais humilde o tratamento é outro... Fora que pelo telefone são poucas as funcionárias que atende com educação.
It has to improve, in relation to the service. People are given tea at the unit and sometimes the employees are rude to some people, depending a lot on how the person is dressed. If you are well dressed and well cared for, if you are in a more humble manner, the treatment is different... Besides, there are few employees who serve politely over the phone.

tudo incompetente fui lá a semana passada buscar uma informação passaram um tempão pra mim da uma informação.

acho um absurdo como eles tratam o ser humano como se fosse lixo.
