Cheguei no CRAS na parte da manha para renovar o número do NIS... Acontece que ao esperar por mais de 2 horas fui informada pela funcionária FERNANDA que a mesma não poderia mais me atender pois "estava quase na hora do seu almoço" (isso porque eu ja estava esperando atendimento desde cedo e meu nome se encontrava na lista).
RESULTADO: PERDI MEU TEMPO E VOLTEI PARA CASA SEM SER ATENDIDA
Absurdo isso!!!
Se não dava pra atender porque não falou antes? E olha que eu liguei antes ein!!!!

I arrived at CRAS in the morning to renew the NIS number ... It turns out that while waiting for more than 2 hours I was informed by the employee FERNANDA that she could no longer meet me because "it was almost time for your lunch" (this because I was expecting care early and my name was on the list).
RESULT: I LOST MY TIME AND CAME HOME WITHOUT SERVICE
Absurd it !!!
If you couldn't answer why didn't you talk before? And look what I called before ein !!!!
