★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima no CRAS Aquiraz ao aderir o CadUnico, fui muito hostilizada, a atendente me constrangeu do início do atendimento ao fim. Parece que Eu estava pedindo um favor, a função dela não seria fazer as perguntas pré estabelecidas e preencher o formulário no sistema???
O que interessa a ela saber com que recurso comprei meu gás? De quem era a criança que andava comigo? Como eu pagava uma energia de mais de R$ 80.00? Expliquei que esse não era pra ser o valor já que só tinha uma geladeira e inúmeras reclamações na Enel a mesma retrucou a reclamação da Enel não me interessa...todas as perguntas feitas a mim com muito desdém
Embora eu dizendo que no momento estava vivendo de ajuda familiar e pequenos "bicos ela insistia: Por que não fez o cadastro no CRAS de onde mora? Porque não trouxe o RG só tem CNH??? Quer dizer que Eu como cidadã não tenho direito de escolha onde ser atendida já que "meu" município é o Aquiraz? e CNH não é documento de identificação?
Ela esquece que o salário que entrada na conta dela, direta ou indiretamente Eu contribuo? Absurdo esse atendimento!!!
Não vou falar o nome dessa atendente aqui por uma questão de ÉTICA o que ELA desconhece.
Essa moça necessita passar por um treinamento com brevidade para que outras pessoas não sejam constrangidas como fui. observei que todas as outras atendes eram: Receptivas, ágeis, objetivas e educadas.
Entrarei em contato com a ouvidoria para dá o nome dessa pessoa tão despreparada para trabalhar com o público.
RESPEITO e a única forma de obter uma relação amistosa entre os seres humanos.
Decepção, constrangimento e hostilidade. Foi o que recebi no CRAS de Aquiraz.
Terrible experience at CRAS Aquiraz when I joined CadUnico, I was very harassed, the attendant embarrassed me from the beginning of the service to the end. It looks like I was asking for a favor, wouldn't her function be to ask the pre-set questions and fill in the form in the system???
What interests her to know with what resource I bought my gas? Whose child was I walking with? How did I pay for energy of more than R$ 80.00? I explained that this was not supposed to be the value since I only had one refrigerator and numerous complaints at Enel, the same replied Enel's complaint, I don't care...all the questions asked me with great disdain
Although I said that at the time I was living on family help and little jobs, she insisted: Why didn't you register with the CRAS where you live? Why didn't you bring your ID, you only have a driver's license??? That means that I, as a citizen, have no right of choice where to be assisted since "my" municipality is Aquiraz? and CNH is not an identification document?
Does she forget that the salary that goes into her account, directly or indirectly, I contribute? Absurd this service!!!
I won't mention the name of this attendant here for the sake of ETHICS, which SHE doesn't know.
This girl needs to undergo training soon so that other people are not embarrassed as I was. I noticed that all the other attendees were: Receptive, agile, objective and polite.
I will contact the ombudsman to give the name of this person who is so unprepared to work with the public.
RESPECT is the only way to obtain a friendly relationship between human beings.
Disappointment, embarrassment and hostility. That's what I received at CRAS de Aquiraz.
